Hi, I’m Triana.

As a full spectrum Doula, I specialize in providing mothers with the support, love, and care of someone who’s been there before. I want to be the support I wish I had with my babies. Hear more about my mission here.

My Philosophy

Knowledgeable Empathy

I believe that every mother deserves access to the best possible resources and knowledge to help them care for their growing family. I also believe that how those resources are applied matters. I seek to bring the fullness of my personal experience and expertise in the form of a caring family member. I want to be apart of watching your family flourish as if they were apart of my own.

Wholistic Wellbeing

I believe that the wellbeing of a mother, a family, isn’t limited to one area. Wholeness encompasses the physical, emotional, and spiritual selves and I run my practice with all of these areas in mind.

During Pregnancy

I will be there for you to:

  • Share information on how to care for your changing body, including diet changes and exercise

  • Listen and provide targeted information so you can make well informed decisions

  • Support and coaching for you and your partner

What I do

During Birth

I’m happy to:

  • Provide comfort measures during labor

  • Be a present support and calming presence

  • Advocate for your needs and wants with medical staff

During Postpartum

I’m committed to:

  • Provide emotional postpartum support and guidance for healing your changing body, caring for new baby, and navigating changing family dynamics

  • Provide hands-on care for you. If you need to take a nap or shower, I can watch your baby. If you need a meal, I can cook

  • Help your family, such as partner and other children, find their best path to help and support you

About Me

My first career was as a high level executive in the federal government where I analyzed complex national problems and developed real-world solutions. I use that same problem-solving, research-based approach coupled with my strong communication skills to passionately advocate for the health of moms and babies, yielding respect and open communication with nurses and doctors. As a result, my clients benefit from strong partnerships with hospital staff and their birthing team ensuring their needs are always at the center of decision-making.

My Family
